• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2. Subscription and Payments

AgentBuy offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for technical issues on our end
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond our provided interfaces
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to harm competitors or for anti-competitive purposes

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgentBuy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service interacts with third-party platforms (such as Amazon) to provide brand tracking functionality. We are not affiliated with these platforms, and their terms of service apply to their respective services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not warrant that insights or data will result in any particular business outcome

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
